What is Leadership development?
How can it benefit me?

1

The Breaking Bread program is designed for busy professionals balancing life and careers. After decades in fast-paced industries, our founder noticed a gap. There was a lack of convenient and effective leadership programs. Not everyone has the time for in-person, day-long programs. However virtual programs can often miss the mark on content quality, interaction and relevance. We provide leadership development that is actionable, convenient, and engaging. It is a virtual, facilitator-led program where you spend one hour a week for minimum 6 weeks. Your cohort includes peers with similar work experience yet different perspectives and industries that enrich the learning.

No worries, you are most welcome to participate regardless of your ability to pay. We understand that life throws curve balls. We are built on the belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. Our Pay what you can program supports participants who may not have the means to pay the fee. Simply check the box for " Pay what you can" in the Intake Form and we will send you Pay what you can options. Participants have the option to complete the program with zero cost or partial payment options. There are no complicated forms or documents to upload.
